A subtle southern inspired sauce and one of our favorite tasting peppers, Scotch Bonnet. Blended with some of the best heirloom tomatoes from the Pacific Northwest and paired with rice vinegar, ginger and spices. Medium/Hot heat, savory not sweet.

Ingredients: Heirloom Tomatoes, Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Rice Wine Vinegar, Red Bell Peppers, Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Garlic, Red Onion, Ginger and Fruit Pectin.
