Shipping Policy

At HAB Sauce, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying bold flavor sooner.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During new product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders of $85 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the contiguous United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout when available.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States. If international shipping is available, eligible countries and shipping rates will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. HAB Sauce is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items or packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
