You asked for a gluten free version, here you go. It’s just as delicious and not quite as spicy minus the gluten. The flavor is one in a umami million.

Ingredients:

Tamari Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Sugar)(Contains Soybeans), brown sugar, habaneros, garlic, molasses, ginger and lime juice.

There is a good reason we’ve got numerous awards for this sauce. Straight up put it on anything or cook and marinade with it. Its a very flavorful and a hotter sweeter twist on tamari.

It's a big hit at the Captain's Corner. Everyone loves it! The way the garlic transitions to ginger before the sweet soy is awesome. Then the heat finishes the flavor. We have tried it on everything and it has worked out so far. The only complaint we have is that the bottles are so small!
