Not only is turmeric very beneficial to our health, it’s delicious. This sauce has so much flavor without having to add any thickeners or sweeteners to it. Right off the bat you taste the turmeric, roasted garlic and tomatillos. It’s perfectly balanced with a great acidity and hint of sweet from the tomatillos. It’s hot but not too hot. You’ll be able to pair this with anything.
